| We
have two pairs of teeth in our lifetime:
Primary Teeth and Permanent
Teeth. The first tooth normally
comes in between 6 and 10 months. By age
2 - 3 years children usually have 20 baby
teeth. At about 6 years of age a child starts
to get the first of four permanent molars.
They come in behind the baby molars. By
age 12-13 years the permanent teeth usually
come up over. After 17 years of age,1-4
wisdom teeth normally come up. So, we have
28 –32 permanent teeth. |
